Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Angular + .NET Software Engineer for a long-term onsite engagement. You will drive enterprise-grade web applications using Angular, .NET/.NET Core, and AEM, guiding technical decisions and collaborating with analytics, architects, QA, and stakeholders.

The role demands 6+ years of experience, strong RESTful API design, and a robust knowledge of performance optimization within enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or a related discipline.
6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Proficiency in Angular (latest versions).
Strong experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration.
Experience with SQL databases and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and .NET/.NET Core.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop scalable, secure, high-performance components and APIs.
Integrate and support solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.
Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across environments.
Support application enhancements, maintenance, and improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the lifecycle.
