Job summary

EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) seeks a Supervising Broadcast Producer to lead our live broadcasts and studio productions, reporting to the Head of Broadcast Creative Services.

You will manage the regional Producing team, personally direct flagship broadcasts, standardise procedures, mentor producers, and ensure seamless cross‑department collaboration across Producing, Broadcast CG, and Design. Travel for live events is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in live broadcast production or related fields.
• At least 2 years in team lead or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast workflows and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow regional Producing team and set performance benchmarks.
• Direct flagship broadcasts and live events with a focus on creative execution.
• Standardise run-of-show procedures and pre-production workflows.
• Conduct post-mortems to refine narratives and delivery.
• Collaborate with Broadcast CG and Design to remove silos and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead on-ground creative decisions during live productions and troubleshoot issues.
