NexGen Media Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Live Stream Host Operations Executive to support our live streaming projects and ensure hosts deliver engaging content to audiences.

The role involves recruiting and training hosts, coordinating with marketing, and resolving technical issues to maintain broadcast quality. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, and experience in live streaming or event coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
Experience in live streaming, social media management, or event coordination is an advantage.
Strong understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with creative thinking.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, training, and managing live stream hosts to optimize performance.
Collaborate with hosts to plan and promote live streaming sessions with engaging content.
