Job summary

AriXGato in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations and support the barista and service team during shifts. You will prepare coffee, matcha and other beverages, while ensuring quality, cleanliness and high service standards in a welcoming environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train staff and manage stock. Weekend and holiday shifts are included.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and support the barista and service team during shifts.
• Prepare coffee, matcha, and other beverages according to standards.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Train and guide baristas and service staff.
• Handle customer service and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Ensure SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and service standards are followed.
• Support the manager with daily operations, staff coordination, and basic reporting.
