Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in specialty coffee or café operations.
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, brewing methods, and coffee beans.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coffee and beverage operations across all outlets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate barista teams.
• Develop SOPs for coffee preparation and service.
