Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion backend development best practices across Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver great digital banking UX.
• Participate from definition to deployment.
• Codify best practices as reusable patterns and templates.
• Build scalable, secure microservices for the digital bank.
• Write high-quality code focusing on performance and security.
• Establish code reviews and technical documentation processes.
• Mentor team members for professional growth.
• Monitor and manage health of services under your care.
• Design and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
