Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia, a technology, digital and analytics hub, seeks a skilled software engineer to develop and deliver AIAS enhancements, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will provide production support and maintain code quality while driving security and compliance across projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve automation, test coverage, and reduce technical debt, contributing to reliable, scalable services that align with corporate responsibilities and audit standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in frontend development, especially React.
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL (MSSQL Server).

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality AIAS enhancements within scope, timeline and budget.
Provide production support by resolving incidents to ensure system stability and availability.
Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews.
Drive security and compliance by remediating vulnerabilities and closing audit findings on time.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing automation, test coverage and reducing technical debt.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery and operational outcomes.
