Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technologies or related field.
• Team Lead role in past projects.
• 5–8 years of Avaloq development experience.
• Experience leading discussions with business and operations.
• Good knowledge of financial and global market regulations.
• Avaloq certification (e.g., Certified Avaloq Developer) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support analysis and design, workshops, and solution validation.
• Lead or support stream leads and BAs to scope changes.
• Maintain functional and technical designs for new features or adaptations.
• Perform coding and unit testing of assigned work packages.
• Report progress, risks and issues; escalate when needed.
• Support SMEs in domain gaps; act as technical contact for projects.
• Perform unit testing and SIT; assist UAT with issue clarifications and fixes.
