• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with business users, infrastructure teams, PMO, SMEs and vendors to translate needs into solutions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure activities comply with Bank standards and regulatory guidelines.

Overview:

This role drives the stability and daily operations of the Avaloq Wealth Management System. You will develop technical scripts, manage middleware, and translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will support project implementations and ensure strict compliance with banking and risk regulations.

Responsibilities:

• System Support & Operations: Responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and daily operation of the new Wealth Management System (Avaloq platform).
• Technical Development: Develop and deploy additional scripts as requested by business users, and manage middleware and web server platforms.
• Team & Project Assistance: Assist the Team Lead in managing user requirements, system design, applications development, implementation, production support, and DR BCP/Live Run operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between business users, technical infrastructure teams, PMO, SMEs, third-party vendors, and outsourcers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Assist the Team Lead in ensuring technical activities strictly comply with Bank standards, IT audit/risk guidelines, and Central Bank regulations.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Working experience with similar apps support is an advantage.
• More than 3 years of IT Support experience, ideally within a bank, financial institution, or fintech environment. Prior exposure to core banking systems is a major plus.
• Able to work independent with good communication skills
• Advanced skill in Java/.NET, MSSQL, WINTEL, UNIX, TOMCAT, Windows and Unix scripting

_ Special Skills _

• Proficient in SQL (Oracle SQL, MSSQL, stored procedure,SSIS)
• Basic scripting command in Linux and Window
• Java spring/JMS
• Java Jasper Report
• Micro Focus
• Experience in Avalog Navigation is preferable.
