Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Developer with 6–9 years of experience to provide technical leadership and deliver AML projects end to end. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Unix environments, and proven experience leading AML application development.

The role involves leading AML projects, guiding development teams, designing and maintaining AML systems, and collaborating with business analysts, PMs, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of software development experience.
• AML project experience and leadership.
• Strong Oracle, SQL, and Unix scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML projects end to end, from requirements to production support.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain AML applications and components.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database processes using Oracle.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for batch processing and operations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and batch-processing issues with timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, PMs, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards compliance.
• Support deployment, releases, incidents, and performance tuning.
• Identify technical risks and propose solutions to ensure delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team.
