Job summary

ARRK Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled engineer to lead hardware and software development for innovative display systems intended for a premium automotive OEM. The role requires coordinating with international suppliers, planning feature implementation, and ensuring progress toward targets.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree and have initial automotive development experience, with strong analytical and communication skills in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Initial automotive development experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware and software development activities for display systems from concept to series production for a premium automotive OEM.
• Serve as the primary technical interface to international suppliers, coordinating activities and driving technical decisions.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from targets and initiate corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate feature implementation, testing and validation with internal testing teams.
• Analyze issues in prototype vehicles and test environments, conducting root‑cause investigations and resolutions.
• Participate in cross‑functional team meetings and provide status updates to project managers and customers.
