Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Leader - Audio Visual to oversee the AV operation, maintenance, and coordination of equipment in line with brand standards. You will lead the AV technician team and ensure seamless event setups while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of AV systems and excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills to support internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents only due to work permit restrictions.
• University degree/diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Engineering, IT or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AV operations, including leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment and technologies.
• Good organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and coordination of all AV equipment and services.
• Supervise the AV technician team and coordinate event setups to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide reliable technical support to internal and external clients with a guest-centric approach.
