You will lead AV event teams, coordinate planning, execution, and evaluation of service delivery, and collaborate with the AV Systems Manager and Technical Creative Manager to provide a seamless, high-quality event experience.

A. Position Overview
The AV Event Manager oversees the delivery of audio-visual (AV) services for events, ensuring all AV operations, client requirements, and event objectives are met with excellence.

The role manages client relationships, leads AV event teams, and directs the planning, execution, and evaluation of AV service delivery.

This position works closely with the AV Systems Manager and Technical Creative Manager to align technology, creative solutions, and service delivery standards, providing clients with a seamless and
engaging event experience. The role ensures that AV operations reflect high technical competency, operational readiness, and strong service standards.

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is a world-class facility designed to host International and regional conventions, trade shows, public exhibitions and entertainment events as well as other functions. The convention centre is strategically located within the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
