Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer / Video Editor to support marketing, branding, and corporate communications initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital channels, as well as producing high-quality video content for internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires balancing creativity with professionalism and ensuring all visual assets align with the organization's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-4 years of graphic design, multimedia design, or video editing.
• Experience with Canva and other design platforms is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing capabilities.
• Good understanding of branding, layout design, visual storytelling, and content creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and graphics that effectively communicate key messages and strengthen brand identity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
• Assist in designing thought leadership publications, client-facing materials, and corporate announcements.
• Edit and produce professional videos for marketing campaigns, corporate events, training, and employer branding initiatives.
• Create short-form video content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements where appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to storyboard, plan, and execute multimedia projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
