AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support the Finance team in daily financial and operations tasks within a dynamic IT environment. You will perform data analysis and reporting, assist with IT financing activities including billings and variance analysis, and review IT service requests under sourcing and Group Compliance policies.

You will contribute to SODA & TPM initiatives and uphold safety policies.

About the Role

Support Finance team by assisting with daily financial and operations, data analysis, and reporting in a dynamic IT environment

• Supporting IT financing activities – billings, variance analysis
• Review each IT service request (new service, renewal, extension) in accordance with local sourcing and Group Compliance policies/standard
• Assist finance team in Sourcing Automation and Digitalisation (SODA) & Third-Party Management (TPM) request
• Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obeys all safety policies and procedures
