Job summary

Lorrypop Studio in Malaysia is seeking an experienced senior 3D animator to create high-quality animations across styles. You will contribute to advertising campaigns, product visuals, branded films, digital content, and large-format displays.

The role requires at least 4 years in animation, a strong showreel, mastery of Maya, and the ability to guide a small team of 3–5 junior animators. You will collaborate, train juniors, and ensure fast-paced, creatively driven output.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in an animation-related field.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating commercial-quality 3D animation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead a team of 3-5 junior animators to work on studio projects.
• Provide feedback and direction to team leads on pipeline and animation style.
• Train and share industry knowledge with juniors while delivering projects.
• Collaborate effectively in a dynamic, creatives-driven environment with fast project turnover.
