SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field.
Experience in laser cutting, sheet metal, blanking or CNC machinery is advantageous.
Able to read basic engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and measuring tape.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and on shift, if required.

Operate and monitor laser cutting / blanking machines according to production requirements
Set up machines, tools and materials before production
Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting when required
Check dimensions and quality of finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
Ensure production activities comply with safety and quality requirements
Record production output and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor
