NAIS Computer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team. You will assist customers, promote laptops and computer products, and support the daily sales operations of our store.

You will handle inquiries, provide recommendations, maintain attractive product displays, and strive toward individual and team sales targets. Training and product knowledge will be provided, and you will work in a friendly, customer-oriented environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about laptops, computers and technology products.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Promote and sell laptops, computers, accessories and related products
• Explain product features, specifications and pricing to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Support daily store operations and ensure products are properly displayed
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management
