Smart Cube Marketing Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote and sell laptops and related products, and to assist customers by explaining features clearly. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with focus on achieving sales targets.

In this role you will maintain attractive product displays, coordinate with store staff, and provide excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, computers or electronic products.
• Able to explain product features clearly to customers.
• Positive attitude, responsible and target-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a retail environment.
• Previous retail / promoter / sales experience is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell laptops and related products to customers
• Approach and assist customers with their product enquiries
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and budget
• Explain laptop features, specifications, promotions and pricing
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPI
• Maintain good product display and ensure products are properly presented
• Check product stock and coordinate with store staff when required
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and competitor products
• Provide good customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
• Prepare simple sales or activity reports when required
• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the superviso
