Formación

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of laptops, computers or electronic products
• Able to explain product features clearly to customers
• Positive attitude, responsible and target-oriented
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Able to work in a retail environment
• Previous retail / promoter / sales experience is an added advantage

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell laptops and related products to customers
• Approach and assist customers with their product enquiries
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and budget
• Able to explain laptop features, specifications, promotions and pricing
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPI
• Maintain good product display and ensure products are properly presented
• Check product stock and coordinate with store staff when required
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and competitor products
• Provide good customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
• Prepare simple sales or activity reports when required
• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the superviso
