Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage landscape construction, establishment and maintenance across all development projects, ensuring landscape quality, functionality, safety and sustainability meet company standards and approved budgets.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, supervise construction from start to practical completion, review shop drawings and method

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing landscape works from design development through construction, DLP and maintenance stages.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate contractors’ work performance and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor project expenditure and maintenance budgets.
  • Verify contractors’ work completion and progress claims
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise landscape construction works from commencement until practical completion.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, construction methodology and project schedule.
  • Coordinate with Project, Civil & Infrastructure, M&E, Consultants and Contractors to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Review landscape shop drawings, material submissions, planting schedules and method statements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets Company standards.
  • Monitor testing, commissioning and handover of irrigation systems, water features and other landscape facilities.
  • Ensure timely completion of punch lists and project handover.
  • Oversee landscape maintenance contractors to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor landscape quality, turf condition, tree health, irrigation systems and hardscape elements.
  • Ensure timely rectification of defects and monitor contractor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Landscape Project Managemen t
  • Assist in managing landscape works from design development through construction, DLP and maintenance stages.
