Job summary

EcoWorld Malaysia is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to lead landscape works from design through construction, DLP and maintenance, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and quality standards. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams, monitor progress and manage budgets, payments and technical specifications, and conduct regular site inspections.

Qualifications

• Assist in managing landscape works from design development through construction, DLP and maintenance stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and technical specifications.
• Evaluate contractors’ work performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor project expenditure and maintenance budgets.
• Verify contractors’ work completion and progress claims.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise landscape construction works from commencement until practical completion.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, construction methodology and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Project, Civil & Infrastructure, M&E, Consultants and Contractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Review landscape shop drawings, material submissions, planting schedules and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets Company standards.
• Monitor testing, commissioning and handover of irrigation systems, water features and other landscape facilities.
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and project handover.
• Oversee landscape maintenance contractors to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor landscape quality, turf condition, tree health, irrigation systems and hardscape elements.
• Ensure timely rectification of defects and monitor contractor performance.
