Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified land surveyor to plan, coordinate and conduct cadastral, topographic and engineering surveys, and to prepare surveys and reports. You will operate Total Station, GNSS/GPS and Auto Level on site while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or Geomatics, is proficient with AutoCAD and survey software, communicates well, leads teams, travels to project sites as needed and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in cadastral, topographic and engineering surveying principles.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and conduct cadastral, topographic and engineering survey works.
• Perform field surveying activities, including boundary surveys, levelling, setting-out and site measurements.
• Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GNSS/GPS and Auto Level.
• Process, analyse and verify survey data, coordinates and measurements.
• Prepare and review survey plans, topographic drawings, cross-sections, longitudinal profiles and technical reports.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate field survey teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government departments and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with relevant regulations, technical standards and project requirements.
