Job summary

Geoland Resources seeks a drafting/engineering professional to interpret survey data, prepare maps, and deliver accurate drawings. You will work with surveyors and engineers to ensure designs meet specifications and regulations, using CAD software such as AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
Min. 1 year of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Communication skills to convey technical information to team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Being able to start work on short notice is a plus.
Knowledge of surveying techniques and Land Use Regulations.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret survey data, including topographic, boundary, and site surveys.
Work closely with surveyors and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulations.
Create detailed drawings and maps based on survey data using CAD software.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey findings, plans, and project updates.
