Job summary

This role involves laboratory testing, analysis, and quality assurance work. You will collect and prepare samples, conduct analysis and testing, maintain laboratory instruments, and support the development of testing methods. You will work closely with the Production Department to ensure quality standards are met and manage laboratory inventory and records.

Key responsibilities

Collect and prepare samples for testing; ensure proper labeling and storage according to DOSH requirements

Conduct analysis, run tests, analyze material samples, and record results accurately

Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments

Assist in developing new testing methods and troubleshooting quality issues

Maintain laboratory records and report results to QA/QC Manager and management

Cooperate daily with the Production Department to ensure quality meets required standards

Manage inventory of reagents and supplies; monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions as needed

Ensure the work area meets company safety and hygiene standards at all times
