Job summary

Cytogenomix Sdn Bhd is seeking a lab/office administrator to support the molecular genetic diagnostic service in Malaysia. The role involves data entry, printing reports, requisitions, stocktaking, and filing documents, plus handling lab phone calls and other admin duties.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in any field (preferably lab technology) and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to maintain efficient and high-quality molecular genetic diagnostic service.
• Assist the Lab Director in lab administration: data entry, printing reports, requisitions, stocktaking and filing documents.
• Handle lab phone calls and other lab administrative matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lab Director.
