Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a procurement professional to oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes in Kuala Lumpur. The role manages PO creation, amendments, and workflow approvals while ensuring accuracy in supplier data and master records.

You will monitor PO, goods receipt, and invoice discrepancies, support period-end activities, and drive process improvements. Strong ERP experience (SAP/Ariba/Oracle) and Korean language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related disciplines.
• Korean language proficiency (speak/read/write).
• 2–5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Hands‑on ERP experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of PO processing, invoice matching, and supplier management.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

The Successful Applicant
