Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Electrical) to support a brownfield development in Port Klang. The role involves electrical design review, technical coordination, and strong HSSE governance to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of electrical engineering design, construction, maintenance, or project execution.
• Experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, lubricants, chemical, or similar industrial environments.
• Experience supporting brownfield project planning and execution.
• Experience in construction support, testing, commissioning readiness, and contractor supervision.
• Experience managing risk, change, progress tracking, and project delivery coordination.
• Knowledge of international electrical codes and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical engineering design review and coordination.
• Coordinate technical interfaces with contractors and vendors.
• Support construction and commissioning readiness activities.
• Manage project controls, risk, and change tracking.
