Job summary

Eternal Meteor Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Middle of House / Back of House Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen tasks and food preparation while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

You will work 5-6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required, on 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Typhoid and Food Handling Certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced F&B environment is a plus.
• Available to work 5–6 days per week, including weekends/public holidays.
• Able to commit to an 8-hour shift, including a 1-hour break.
• Punctual, responsible and a team player.
• Kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle food items according to outlet procedures and required standards.
• Assist the team with basic cooking and kitchen preparation.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients and supplies during operations.
• Keep workstations organized and ready for service.
• Wash, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas.
• Work closely with other kitchen team members during busy periods.
