Job summary

HANNAH COOKIES EXLCUSIVE is seeking a kitchen support role to assist in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. The position requires you to follow SOPs, maintain hygiene, and work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role offers exposure to F&B operations, training, and a collaborative team environment in Kangar, Perlis. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation.
• Cook and prepare menu items according to SOP and recipe standards.
• Ensure food presentation and quality are maintained.
• Keep kitchen area clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Wash kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen team and service crew.
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Ensure orders are prepared on time during busy hours.
