About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kiosk Crew/Cashier (Part Time) to join the team at Kelem Shah Alam. This is a part‑time position based in Lotus's Shah Alam, Selangor, offering flexible working arrangements that fit around your lifestyle. As a Kiosk Crew/Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, managing transactions, maintaining kiosk standards, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who visits our establishment. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Handling cash, card payments and other payment methods with precision and attention to detail
• Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing kiosk environment at all times
• Restocking shelves, merchandise and supplies as required throughout your shift
• Answering customer enquiries and providing product information in a helpful and courteous manner
• Following all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and stock counting when required
• Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall success of the kiosk operation
