Job summary

Fantastic Food Formula Sdn. Bhd. seeks a TSF Kiosk Crew Member to be the face of our brand at busy Klang Valley kiosks. You will deliver excellent customer experiences, uphold strict food safety and hygiene, and help drive peak performance in a fast-paced environment.

Under the guidance of the Area Supervisor and Kiosk Lead, you will greet customers, present menus, and assist with orders, while operating the POS system and ensuring equipment is always ready.

Qualifications

• Must have pleasant personality and focus on customer service.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays; OT provided.
• Works well in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them accordingly.
• Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and confident manner
• Maintain 5-star hygiene standards and cleaning duties
• Present menus and explain food & beverages including recommendations
• Ensure all equipment is functioning before and during operations

Job Description:

A TSF Kiosk Crew Member is the face of the brand at our high-energy Klang Valley kiosks. Working directly under the guidance of the Area Supervisor and Kiosk Lead, service crew members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining strict operational and food safety standards, and driving peak efficiency in a compact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and seat them accordingly.
• Handle Customer inquiry in a friendly and confident manner
• Maintain 5-star hygiene standards and perform cleaning duties floor, and service areas at all times.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about Food and Beverages including specialty and recommendation.
• Ensure all equipment’s are functioning properly before and during operations.
• Assist customers with orders and operate the POS/Cashier system.

Requirements :

• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
