Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia is seeking a Kinaxis Subject Matter Expert to lead Factory Production Planning and act as the single point of contact for Kinaxis-related activities. You will drive system adoption, process improvement, and reliable production plans across the global factory network.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of delivering planning enhancements, with a focus on data integrity and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production or supply chain planning.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, S&OP, capacity planning and scheduling.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Kinaxis SME for Factory Production Planning and SPOC.
• Own intake, prioritization, and resolution of Kinaxis issues with DT/IT teams.
• Lead CIP initiatives to improve planning quality and automation.
• Develop Kinaxis reporting and dashboards for SRF, ATP, and adherence.
• Translate business requirements into Kinaxis solutions and manage backlog.
• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment across functions.
