Job summary

Lam Research in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Kinaxis Subject Matter Expert (SME) to own Kinaxis-related activities for the Factory Production Planning (FPP) organization. You will drive system adoption, continuous improvement, data integrity, and reliable production plans across a global factory network.

You will coordinate with Planning, DT, IT, and Kinaxis teams to align capabilities with evolving requirements, lead issue resolution, and enable planners to maximize Kinaxis value in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production or supply chain planning.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, S&OP, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Kinaxis SME and SPOC for FPP planning.
• Own intake, prioritization, and resolution of Kinaxis break-fix issues.
• Lead CIP initiatives to improve planning quality and automation.
• Develop and maintain Kinaxis reporting and analytics (SRF, ATP, AS, schedule adherence).
• Translate business requirements into Kinaxis solutions and manage backlogs.
• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment of new capabilities across teams.
