Job summary

Happy Fish Swim School SDN. BHD. is seeking energetic Swim Coaches for our Klang and Kota Kemuning branches in Malaysia. You’ll guide infants, toddlers and children through safe, fun lessons in an indoor facility, helping build water confidence and lifelong skills.

We welcome fresh graduates and career switchers. Expect structured onboarding, weekend shifts (Fridays to Sundays peak) and a supportive team that values patience, enthusiasm, and clear parent updates.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with babies, toddlers and young children.
• Ability to swim comfortably in at least one standard stroke.
• Good command of English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Class Delivery: Conduct safe, engaging swim lessons for infants, toddlers and children following our curriculum.
• Parent Engagement: Provide friendly, regular updates to parents on progress and milestones.
• Student Memories: Capture underwater videos of milestone students (training provided).
• Pool Care & Safety: Perform daily pool checks to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Safety First: Maintain constant vigilance over pool safety and student wellbeing.
