Job summary

Seven Retail Group is building a new swim school in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and seeks passionate instructors to join the founding coaching team. Teach children and adults across skill levels, from water confidence to stroke refinement, in a safe, structured setting.

Ideal candidates hold recognized swim teaching qualifications; sponsorship is possible for strong swimming ability. Lifesaving certification is preferred and additional certifications are a plus, with a focus on clear communication

Qualifications

• Certification in swim teaching/coaching recognized (e.g., STA, Austswim, SSI, MSTA); sponsorship possible if no certification but strong swimming ability.
• Lifesaving/lifeguard certification (e.g., Bronze Medallion) preferred.
• Prior experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults is advantageous.
• Additional certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid, MAS Level 1, water polo/synchro) are a plus.
• Strong communicator, patient, and confident working with children.
