Intrepid Group in Malaysia is hiring a Key Account Manager to oversee one or more brands across all ecommerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee. You will craft ecommerce strategies, annual plans, and negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize consumer exposure and NMV.
You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions, analyze data for growth opportunities, and drive revenue while maintaining strong client relationships.

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.
As aKey Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms inMalaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of
Develop and implement strategies to increase the Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and overall revenue of key accounts.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Conduct monthly, weekly and post mortem business review to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within key accounts.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive account growth.
Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
Develop and execute promotional plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Ensure alignment of promotional activities with overall business goals and account strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Understand client needs and work to exceed their expectations.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and platform partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Coordinate platform-specific activities and initiatives to maximize account performance.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including customer experience (CX), operations (Ops), Graphic Design (GD), finance, to ensure cohesive account management.
Facilitate communication and cooperation among cross-functional teams to support account goals.
Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
