Job summary

Anchor Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Graphic and Web Designer to create and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce pages, update content and assets, and support UI/UX improvements for e-commerce projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field with at least 2 years of practical experience, plus proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and WordPress. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field.
• 2 years of practical graphic design experience in an in-house team, agency, e-commerce or freelance environment.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic web design knowledge: layout, navigation, typography and responsive design.
• Hands-on WordPress experience: page creation, content management and WooCommerce product updates.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain website pages using WordPress and WooCommerce, following templates and guidelines.
• Update site content, banners, social graphics, promotional visuals and emails.
• Support basic UI layouts and UX improvements for websites and e-commerce projects.
• Create and edit design assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva.
• Perform basic HTML/CSS updates for layout adjustments and responsiveness as needed.
• Coordinate with developers, PMs and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
• Review pages and assets to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance before publishing.
• Manage multiple tasks while keeping organised project files and documentation.

Job description

Create and maintain website pages using WordPress and WooCommerce, following approved templates, page builders and design guidelines

Update website content, product information, banners, social media graphics, promotional visuals, email banners and marketing materials

Support basic UI layouts, wireframes and user experience improvements for websites and e-commerce projects

Create and edit design assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and Canva

Perform basic HTML and CSS updates for layout adjustments, typography, spacing and responsive display when required

Coordinate with developers, project managers and other internal stakeholders to deliver website and design projects on schedule

Review website pages, artwork and digital assets to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, consistency and brand compliance before publishing

Manage multiple tasks while maintaining organised project files, design assets and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX or related field

2 years of working experience in practical graphic design experience in an in-house team, agency, e-commerce business or freelance environment

Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Basic web design capability and understanding of layout, navigation, typography and responsive design principles

Familiar with UI/UX fundamentals and simple wireframing or prototyping

Hands-on experience with WordPress, including page creation, content management and WooCommerce product management (eg: product uploads, updates and content maintenance)

Good communication, attention to detail, task ownership and ability to meet deadlines
