Job summary

MYYAN FOOD INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. in Nusajaya, Johor, seeks a warehouse associate to assist in daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, support timely deliveries, follow safety standards, and report discrepancies as needed. Fresh graduates welcome. Minimum 1 year in warehouse/logistics. We offer generous leave, regular training, and a supportive team; Saturday overtime is expected for monthly stock counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, store, or logistics environment (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• Ensuring goods are properly stored and organized in designated warehouse locations
• Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts
• Supporting the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Following and complying with warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Reporting any warehouse-related issues, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Assisting in loading and unloading goods when required
• Supporting warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Agree to work at least 1 Saturday overtime for monthly stock count
• Assisting in preparing reports and documentation related to warehouse activities
