Job summary

Centific seeks a Junior Hardware Test Engineer to support testing and validation of VR or AI devices in Penang. You will run hardware test plans, manage daily lab operations, and track bugs with Jira, while maintaining confidentiality.

Work closely with senior engineers, perform functional/performance/reliability tests, and apply Python and ADB commands to hardware validation in early product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• 1–3 years of hardware testing experience (internships ok).
• Fluent in English (CET-6 or IELTS 6.5+).
• Fundamental testing theories, Android/Linux ADB, and Python basics.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, performance, and reliability test cases for VR hardware systems.
• Assist daily hardware testing lab management and inventory tracking.
• Provide real-time status updates to management and colleagues.
