Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior Video Editor in Subang Jaya to craft short-form content from live sales footage, product explainers, and testimonials for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You will work on fast turnarounds against the content calendar, using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, with basic shooting ability and AI-assisted editing, plus a structured 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understands short-form formats — 9:16, pacing, caption timing, hook structure.
• 0–2 years experience, or strong self-taught output.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted editing (auto-captions, AI b-roll selection, voice cleanup).
• Basic filming/shooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage (live sales sessions, product explainers, testimonials) into short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, basic motion graphics, transitions, and background music
• Turn around content on a fast cycle to match posting schedules
• Organize and manage raw footage and project files
