• Develop and design training materials for products.
• Liaise with Sales/Customer Service to resolve product-related inquiries.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior/Senior Product Executive (Mandarin speaker) to assist in managing product development, improvement, and lifecycle activities. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and supporting product launches to ensure products meet quality, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:

Working with the Product team

Searching for new supplement & cosmetic

Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for related products

Manage the development and commercialization process and assigned products

Supervise the direct development process

Design & create product training material

Discuss with the Sales/Customer Service team for problems & queries of customers and provide satisfied solutions

Others duties assigned by the direct line Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Food Science major/Marketing

1-2 years experience in product development/market research/Marketing, Cosmetic or nutrition industry

Passion & interest in Nutrition, cosmetic and product development related activities

Problem solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficiary in order to speak to Manadarin speaker vendor.
