Job summary

Ekiwi Global Malaysia is seeking a proactive Junior Product Executive (Mandarin speaker) to assist in managing product development, improvement, and lifecycle activities. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and support product launches to ensure quality, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.

Based in Petaling Jaya, you will work with our Product team to search for new supplement and cosmetic products, select vendors, negotiate pricing, and oversee

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Marketing.
• 1–2 years in product development, market research, marketing, cosmetic or nutrition industry.
• Fluent reading and speaking Mandarin required.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team.
• Search for new supplement and cosmetic products.
• Select vendors and negotiate pricing.
• Manage development and commercialization of products.
• Supervise the direct development process.
• Coordinate with Sales/Customer Service on customer issues and solutions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct line Manager.

• Working with the Product team
• Searching for new supplement & cosmetic
• Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for related products
• Manage the development and commercialization process and assigned products
• Supervise the direct development process
• Discuss with the Sales/Customer Service team for problems & queries of customers and provide satisfied solutions
• Others dutiex assigned by the direct line Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Food Science major/Marketing
• 1-2 years experience in product development/market research/Marketing, Cosmetic or nutrition industry
• Passion & interest in Nutrition, cosmetic and product development related activities
• Problem solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and speak in Mandarin are required
