Job summary

Tengk gara Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development, engage with customers, and create impactful marketing content. You will work closely with the Assistant Sales Manager and contribute to sales growth in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or internship seekers with interest in sales, marketing, and social media management, pursuing or recently completed marketing/business degrees.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Manage and update social media platforms and marketing content.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate marketing events, roadshows, and customer visits.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.
• Communicate with customers about product inquiries and promotions.
• Provide admin and operational support to the sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal departments on business development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
