Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and internship candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or social media management will be an added advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Manage and update social media platforms and marketing content.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help coordinate marketing events, roadshows, and customer visits.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and marketing performance reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding product inquiries and promotions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business development activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
