Job summary

CUCKOO International (MAL) BERHAD is seeking a Junior Executive, Research & Development Engineer to support the R&D team in developing, testing, evaluating, and improving electrical and electronic products. You will assist with assembly, testing, and documentation, coordinating with production and quality teams, and supporting related activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, with 0–2 years of experience preferred.

• Willingness to perform hands-on assembly, testing, and production support duties.

Responsibilities

• Support development, assembly, testing, and improvement of electrical/electronic products.
• Conduct product testing to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments on requirements and testing.
• Prepare and maintain R&D, testing, inspection, and quality documentation.
• Support prototype development, modification, and validation activities.
• Handle R&D materials, samples, and proper storage of equipment.
