ES Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join the electronics manufacturing team in Ulu Tiram. The role requires a diploma/degree in electronics/electrical or manufacturing engineering, with 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will perform testing, troubleshoot, and ensure that test programs and procedures are prepared for FA and mass production, while supporting annual ISO standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in electronic/electrical / Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience working in Electronic Manufacturing Industries.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 will be an advantage.
Compulsory English Proficiency.
1 - 2 years experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

To ensure test program and the PI are available on time for FA and mass Production
To perform troubleshooting and conduct sub-level, and top-level functioning tests on the product
To train and motivate subordinates
To read and understand Circuit Diagram
To support and perform the task instructed by his / her superior
To ensure that all the test requirement are clearly spelled out in the procedures to Production
To ensure equipment / fixtures are available and in good condition
To perform new material testing and provide the report
