Job summary

Right Power Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Kinrara area) is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage supplier relations, negotiate prices, and coordinate product customization.

The role requires at least 1 year experience, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara; Mandarin speakers are preferred for overseas suppliers. You will liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and complete the purchasing cycle, contributing to cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• MS Office proficiency.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing or equivalent.
• Mandarin-speaker preferred for overseas suppliers.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• To deal with supplier on product related issue, negotiate on pricing
• To deal with internal staffs on product customization and follow up with supplier closely till delivery of the end product.
• To follow up on product quality, advise the management on proposed solution
• Manage import document, deal with forwarder on all related import matter, including duty tax, packing list, invoices, etc.
• Liaison with other department to complete the whole purchasing cycle
