Job summary

- At least 1 year of experience in admin Clerk or Data entry field.

- Receive stock deliveries from suppliers and create accurate Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Assist in preparing and submitting weekly and monthly purchasing reports.

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the purchasing department.
- Receive stock deliveries from suppliers and create accurate Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Assist in preparing and submitting weekly and monthly purchasing reports to the Sales Manager or Senior Manager.
- Ensure all purchase orders and inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with suppliers to follow up on order statuses, discrepancies, and delivery schedules.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, manage data, and generate reports.
- Assist in coordinating and supporting internal meetings within departments.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level.
- At least 1 year of experience in admin Clerk field/ Data entry field.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia .
- Must know how to use computer and email.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc).
- Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
- Location: HQ - Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.
