• Able to coordinate multiple projects and schedules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable travelling to project sites.
• Possess own transportation and valid driving licence.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic project documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of solar installation projects.
• Prepare and verify BOM for each project.
• Coordinate material ordering, delivery and availability before installation.
• Arrange installation schedules with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Attend project sites to coordinate and monitor installation activities.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and correct before installation.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and workmanship.
• Conduct basic quality checks during and after installation.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and project completion.
• Update internal management and clients on project status when required.
• Coordinate site access, appointments and other site arrangements.
• Assist with solar-related applications, submissions and project documentation.
• Resolve minor site and installation issues together with subcontractors and suppliers.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on rather than desk-bound. You should be comfortable coordinating installers, checking materials, visiting sites and taking ownership of a project until it is successfully completed.

The successful candidate will initially support ongoing commercial solar projects and subsequently take ownership of residential solar project delivery as the business grows.
